• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all of their original content (stickers, bag, box). If your item(-s) doesn’t meet at least one of these requirements, the return will not be accepted.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gatves.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return your item. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method used during purchase.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

• Items that have been altered, laundered, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.
• Returns made after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Properly caring for your tee will help you extend its lifetime, retain its softness, and preserve its natural qualities. To do that, stick to these guidelines:

𝟭. 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴

• 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿: Always wash your organic cotton T-shirt in cold water. This helps prevent shrinking and preserves the fabric’s natural softness.
• 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲: Opt for the gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine to minimize wear and tear.
• 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁: Choose a mild, biodegradable detergent free from harsh chemicals, bleach, or fabric softeners. These can break down the organic fibers and reduce the T-shirt’s lifespan.
• 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Don’t overload the washing machine, as this can cause excessive friction and damage the fabric.

𝟮. 𝗗𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴

• 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗗𝗿𝘆: The best method is to air dry your T-shirt. Lay it flat on a clean surface or hang it on a clothesline away from direct sunlight, which can cause fading.
• 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝘆𝗲𝗿: If you must use a dryer, select the lowest heat setting or tumble dry on low. High heat can cause shrinkage and damage to the fibers.
• 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗽: Gently reshape your T-shirt while it’s still damp to maintain its original shape.

𝟯. 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

• 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting suitable for cotton fabrics. Organic cotton may scorch at high temperatures.
• 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁: Turn the T-shirt inside out before ironing to protect the outer surface from potential iron marks.
• 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺: If your iron has a steam option, use it to help smooth out wrinkles without applying excessive pressure.

𝟰. 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝘀

• 𝗡𝗼 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵: Never use bleach or harsh stain removers, as they can weaken the organic fibers and cause discoloration.
